DAY 1: DEHLI ARRIVAL

India – the land to travel to a haven of tourism delights, a civilization to tour through. Tourists come to India for its wealth of sights, cultural exuberance, diversity of terrain and in search of that special something, an extra punch that only India promises and delivers. Teeming with over a billion people who voice over a million concerns in fifteen hundred different languages, India is where people live with variety, thrive on diversity and are too familiar with largeness to let it boggle them. Arrive Delhi international airport. Meeting and assistance on arrival by TCI representative & transfer to Hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle.

DAY 02: IN DEHLI
After breakfast in the hotel, proceed for combined sightseeing tour of Delhi, consists of two distinct parts. Old Delhi exhibits India's history of Muslim rule. There are mosques, forts and monuments depicting the Muslim touch. New Delhi was established as the capital by the British. This part of the city has the government buildings and some monuments of historical significance.
Morning visit Old Delhi. In old Delhi you will drive pass through Red Fort (built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan in 1648), Jama Masjid (India's largest mosque built between 1644 and 1658 by Shah Jahan) and the cremation sites of various important political leaders like Mahatma Gandhi (Raj Ghat),
Afternoon proceed for New Delhi to visit Qutab Minar, the most recognized landmark of Delhi. In 1199 AD, Qutbuddin erected the Qutab Minar either as a victory tower or as a minaret of the adjacent mosque. Form base of 14.32 meters, it tapers to 2.75 meters, at the height of 72.5 meters. Humayun’s Tomb, a mausoleum of the Mughal emperor Humayun. Later drive along the Presidential House, Parliament house and India Gate. Overnight is at hotel
 
DAY 03: DELHI – JAIPUR       By: Surface – Approx. 260 kms / 06 hrs  
After buffet breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven from Delhi to Jaipur (260 KMS/ 6 Hours). Rajasthan’s kingdoms are an enduring legacy to India’s history. A land endowed with invincible forts, magnificent palaces ad waves of sand dunes and serene lakes. No other region in the country assembles the many paradoxes of India, as does the desert land of Rajasthan. By far it is the most colourful region in India.
Jaipur's past is never too far from hand. The city of victory, Jaipur presides over the fascinating desert state and its people: surrounded by rugged hills, each crowned by a formidable fort; and beautiful palaces, mansions and gardens dotted throughout its precincts. The palaces and forts of yesteryear that were witness to royal processions and splendour are now living monuments, accepted quite naturally into the lifestyles of the people of the "pink city". 
Arrive Jaipur and check in the hotel.
Afternoon is at leisure for independent activities.

Morning buffet after breakfast in the hotel, leave for a half day excursion to Amber Fort which is located 11 Kms from Jaipur. Amber Fort is a finest example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts, situated on a hill side and overlooking a lake. Here you will be taken on an elephant back in a traditional royal style to the main gate and back.
 
Afternoon proceeds for half day city tour visiting the City Palace in the heart of the old city which is the former royal residence of that houses a museum with a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and an armoury of the Mughal and Rajput. Near the palace is Jantar Mantar, a stone Observatory, the largest of Jai Singh’s five remarkable observatories. Also visit the landmark of Pick City the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of winds – a five storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal façade and overhanging windows, built to enable the ladies of the royal household to watch the processions passing in the street without being seen.

DAY 05: JAIPUR – AGRA                          By: Surface – 232 kms / 05 hrs
Morning after buffet breakfast leave for Agra by surface (232 kms/05 hrs) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri - The magnificent fortified ghost city was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 as his capital for a short period but later abandoned due to scarcity of water. Here you will visit The Gate of Victory (Bulund Darwaza), said to be a tallest gateway in the world. Then you will visit the graceful buildings within such as the Jami Masjid, the tomb of Salim Chisti, the Panch Mahal, Diwan I Khas and other places. It is a place where Islamic architecture fuses with Hindu and Jain decorative art.
After visiting Fatehpur Sikri, continue your drive to Agra.
 
DAY 06: AGRA - DELHI            By: Surface – Approx. 204 kms / 04 hrs
After breakfast in the hotel, proceeds for sightseeing tour of Agra visit Taj Mahal. The most famous Mughal monuments was constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal who died while giving birth to his 14th child and after just 17 years of marriage. It had been describe as the most extravagant monument ever built for love. This beautiful mausoleum in pure white marble with inlay work of precious stones, Taj is like a beautiful poetry written on the stones. The Taj Mahal is not open to visitors on Fridays. After the Taj Mahal, visit the Agra fort which lies on the bend of river Yamuna, almost in the heart of the town. It was built by Emperor Akbar as his citadel over the years 1563 – 73 in the finest architectural style. It has imposing gats and Walls of red sandstone and a moat.
 
Later Leave for Delhi by surface .
Arrive Delhi and transfer International Airport to board onward connecting flight.
 
DAY 07: DELHI – AUSTRALIA      By: Surface – Approx. 204 kms / hrs
Arriving in Australia.The journey to India is an ever experience to share with family and friends and to keep it as a special souvenir for a life time.
